Returns and exchanges -
We thank you for your purchase from AwaMae. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or if you have any questions, please contact us via email at hello@awamae.com

Change of mind -
Please note, we do not accept refunds for "change of mind" purchases. 
However, we understand that shopping online can be tricky and sometimes you don't get it right the first time. That's why we offer exchanges on all of our products.                 Simply contact us at hello@awamae.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

All accepted change of mind returns are for a store credit.

To ensure your change of mind exchange is accepted the items must-

  • Be in orginal packaging.tags intact
  • Unwashed/ unworn orginal condition

Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit will be issued once your return has been recieved and inspected - please allow 3-5 working days once your items have been received by us. 

All exchanges will be for the value of original purchase ( as store credit/giftcard ) Shipping costs are non refundable. 

All store credits will not have an expiry date.


*** Due to health and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear.

All sale purchases are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or credit notes on these items.

Faulty items-

We pride ourselves in the quality of our clothing and have strict QC procedures, Unfortunately some items may not be of standard. If you receive an item that is faulty please email us at hello@awamae.com, with your order number and a detailed description and photos of the product.

As per CGA we will provide you with a replacement or refund if your product is deemed faulty
